This privacy policy governs your use of the software application ("Application") for mobile devices.

This Privacy Policy is maintained by ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We believe in data minimization. The Application does not request or collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) directly from you. We do not collect your name, email address, physical location, contacts, or calendar information.

A. On-Device Local Storage

To provide a smooth gameplay experience, the Application stores game progress indicators locally on your device's internal storage. This includes:

Game State Data: Saved board configurations, timers, game modes, and puzzle completions.
Preferences: Theme selections (light/dark mode), audio/music choices, and ad consent records.

This data remains strictly on your device and is never transmitted to us or any remote server. It is cleared if you clear the app cache or uninstall the app.

B. Automatically Collected Data (Third-Party SDKs)

To monetize the Application and provide puzzle verification features, we use third-party service providers. These providers collect information automatically to serve advertisements and verify user consents. This collected data includes:

IP Address: Used to estimate your approximate location (country/city level) to serve local ads.
Device & OS Info: Device manufacturer, model, OS version, language, screen size, and mobile network operator.
Resettable Device Advertising Identifiers: Such as the Google Advertising ID (AAID) on Android, used to limit ad repetition and provide relevant interest-based advertising.
Ad Interactions: Information on impressions, video watches (to unlock items/hints), and click analytics.

2. Third-Party Services

The Application works with third-party service providers whose privacy policies govern their usage of your data. We encourage you to review their policies:

3. Your Consent and Privacy Choices

In-App Privacy Settings: You can access the Google UMP consent banner at any time via the Settings menu inside the Application to grant or revoke ad personalization consent.
Android Settings: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID by going to Settings > Google > Ads on your Android device.

4. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents. Consent is gathered via UMP dialogs. If you choose to withdraw consent, the SDK will only show non-personalized ads, and you can object to further tracking by managing your device-level advertising permissions.

5. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we immediately take steps to ensure this is removed from any third-party ad network records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.

6. Data Retention and Security

Because the developer does not collect or transmit user data to external servers, we hold no user data to retain or delete. Third-party ad networks store data according to their own retention periods (typically up to a few months for ad routing and fraud prevention). We utilize standard HTTPS protocols for all internal app communication with third-party SDKs to prevent data transit interception.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
